The Maryland Sauna Society members meet regularly to experience a traditional dry sauna. We have a great time, and leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Our journey began with a passion for saunas learned in Minnesota, which grew through frequent trips to Scandinavia, culminating with a desire to share it with others.

We offer a memberships to those that agree to respect the sauna and other users. Membership applications are reviewed by a team of your fellow members. We are open to all who desire a relaxing social club focused on the traditional sauna experience.

Located just north of Baltimore, Maryland, the sauna that is our primary meeting place offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With a wood-burning sauna that holds up to 10 at a time, and a serene atmosphere, you'll feel relaxed and at ease from the moment you step inside.
